Nursing and Caring Direct Services
Established in 1995 Nursing & Caring Direct is an expanding organisation which offers a range of quality services and have been working in partnership with South Eastern Health and Social Care and Belfast Health and Social Trusts for over 20 years providing Domiciliary Care staff specialising in Care in the Community, Healthcare Assistants and Support staff to Residential Units, Care Homes, Learning and Physical Disability Resource Centres and Hospitals across all 5 Health Care Trusts.
Nursing & Caring Direct is registered and regulated by The Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA) and also registered with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) and are Corporate Members of The United Kingdom Home Care Association. (UKHCA)
Our staff are fully inducted into their job role and receive regular updated training over and above that required by legislation which enables them to carry out their duties to the highest standard.

Domiciliary Care
Providing suitably trained care assistants to support and enable individuals to live in their own homes with a support plan that is person centred and tailored to their individual needs and requirements, assisting and enabling individuals to remain as independent or achieve back as much independence as possible whilst assisting with daily living tasks that have become more difficult, because of illness, or disability whilst maintaining the individuals safety, privacy, dignity and respect at all times.
Hospitals
Providing suitably trained Health Care Assistants to support nursing staff on the wards in various hospitals ensuring care delivery is of the highest standard whilst maintaining the patients’ privacy, dignity and respect at all times.
Resource Centres
Providing suitably trained support staff to work with centre staff to provide and participate in activities with service users ensuring that support is of the highest quality whilst maintaining the individual’s safety, privacy dignity and respect at all times.
Self-Directed Support
Empowers individuals to have informed choice about how support is provided and gives them as much control as they want over their personal budget and whether this is a managed budget, direct payments or an arranged service by Trust.
Nursing & Caring Direct can provide staff who are suitably trained and who also have been selected via matching and linking them to individuals with similar interests to provide social activities and supporting them to tailor a service that is meeting their requirements both in their daily living needs but also socially ensuring that their lives are enhanced and that we maintain their safety, privacy, dignity and respect at all times.
